Alloy 1.4462: Duplex stainless steel

Alloy 1.4462 is a duplex stainless steel alloy consisting of a combination of austenite and ferrite phases. This alloy offers excellent corrosion resistance in a variety of environments including saline and sulfide-rich environments.

Chromium: 22.0-23.0%

Molybdenum: 3.0-3.5%

Nickel: 4.5-6.5%

Nitrogen: 0.10-0.22%

Iron: remainder
